Assam: Parish feast and Confirmation

INDIA: In Assam, the OSJ mission territory of the province of St. Thomas, india, St. John Paul II Parish celebrated it’s patron’s feast on October 27th Saturday. The solemn Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Arch Bishop John Moolachira Guwahati Arch Bishop. During this solemn event, 32 of our children received the sacrament of confirmation. After the mass there were cultural programs conducted by 4 village churches of our Oblate Parishes including Rabha, Garo,Adivaasi and khasi tribes.
